Parkview

A 127-unit affordable housing development just south of Los Angeles’ 27th Street Historic District, Parkview is designed to relate to the scale and character of the neighborhood, and provide ample open space at the heart of the site. Gardens, paths, a play area, and community patios are located throughout the open spaces, and a vegetated swale winding through the site provides visual interest and creates an infiltration opportunity for stormwater.
