Overlooking the Pacific Ocean, this contemporary home elegantly sits within a slope in the middle of this 15,400 square foot property, and has vistas that take your breath away. Mark Lehmann and the late Stephen Kanner, from Kanner Architects, designed this 2,100 square foot renovation. Segal Shuart used a plant palette of native and adapted species that not only highlight the home and blend into the beautiful coastline, but that stabilize the slopes as well. An enclosed rear garden includes an outdoor kitchen, lush planting, and Terrazzo tile continued from indoors, creating a seamless transition from inside to out.
