Santa Monica Private Residence

A young Santa Monica family who loves to entertain wanted to make use of every corner of their property, so, as Phase 1, we started with their walled-in side garden. There was a desire to bring original 1930’s Spanish Revival elements back into the landscape, such as a tiled fountain, handmade brick tiles, and a plastered fireplace with details matching the architecture. Other parts of the property are still being designed and/or constructed but include a new, secure front garden with beautiful gate, and a pool, cabana and guest house in back. Stay tuned!
