Completely rehabilitated for the first time since the 1960’s, Commerce Plaza is now a refreshing, modern office complex that kept true to its open, tranquil, garden-like character. Only a few existing trees were healthy enough to keep, while all planting, irrigation, lighting and hardscape was replaced. We worked with Jk & Co. to reimagine this massive midcentury block and to highlight all of its worthy attributes while brining it up to 21st century standards.
